Our reservations team are based in Sydney Australia. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. We endeavour to respond to you within 24 - 48 hours.

Thailand Airport Process:

Please proceed through immigration and customs (in case of international flight), and make your way to the meeting point inside Exit Door No. 2. Our driver will be waiting here for you holding a Discova sign. He will escort you to a waiting area and then collect his vehicle from the parking area before circling around to pick you up. Please note that your driver speaks limited English. If you are not able to find our driver, please call '+66 (0) 2 106 7482 or go to the ATTA counter (Association of Thai Travel Agents) for assistance.



Vietnam Airport Process:

When you get off the plane, make your way immigration. After clearing immigration, make your way to the baggage area. Grab your bag and continue to customs. After clearing customs, please proceed through the arrivals lobby where you will meet our Discova ULTIMATE representative. You’ll be driven to our accommodation in Hanoi - the journey takes about 1hr. If you can’t locate your driver please proceed to the information counter located right in front of you when you have passed the small tunnel after the duty free section.



Bali Airport Process:

When you get off the plane, follow the signs to Passport Control / Visa on Arrival. Present your passport and Immigration Arrival / Departure Form. After Passport Control, make your way to the Baggage Area. Grab your bag and continue to the Arrivals Hall where you’ll be able to get your transfer. After passing through customs, proceed through the arrivals hall where you will find the Discova Lounge. This is where you will meet your driver. You’ll be driven to our accommodation in Bali - the journey takes about 1hr.
