Our community is currently run by a website and community forum. We currently use our forum for listening/advice sessions, advisor offices, advisor training etc.
Our forum is a virtual counselling clinic that is run online and is completely free of charge!


Focal Point is a service provided to anyone who is in need of an advice, or just someone to speak with.

Here at Focal Point we provide trained advisors/listenors that will provide you with comfort and support absolutely FREE of charge. All advisors here at Focal Point will be completely FREE if they have not reached a 5 star rating and a positive review.

Once advisors & listenors reach a 5 star rating & review, they will have the option to charge their clients.

An advisor/listener is a member of our business who has experience and/or qualifications in talking with people and giving advice on problems our clients are experiencing.

Our chats & advisors here are monitored very carefully and any abuse against clients or advisors is not tolerated.

By using our chat & services you agree that some of the listeners/advisors on this website are not licensed or fully qualified. That's why we call them listeners. They are trained by our responsible staff team and are taught ways to help you cope with problems that you are experiencing.
