Koperasi Monspace Berhad (W-4-1093) was registered under the Malaysia Cooperative Act 1993 (Act 502 / Akta Koperasi 1993) and to engage on the following businesses: Property Investment and development, cafés and restaurants and marketing, (telecommunications, education, retail, and other activities as allowed under Act section 54).
The management and operation of the Koperasi are governed by the above mentioned act, its rules and regulations, Cooperative’s by-law, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia, (Cooperative Commissioner) and Annual General Meeting.
