Can I request a replacement for a Virtual Assistant?

Occasionally, a Virtual Assistant’s skills and abilities are not the right fit for the client and the VA needs to be replaced. If you would like to request a replacement for a Virtual Assistant, please reach out to the HR team.

As a first step, we will ask you to give us some feedback regarding your VA’s work and what went wrong. We need to be able to provide this feedback to the VA, so it’s important that you articulate this in a written email or a phone call with your account manager or the HR team. We need to understand what we can do better when hiring the next candidate because that will help us in finding better candidates in the future.

We are often able to work with the VA to manage their performance so they are able to stay and provide value to the client.

If after an initial assessment or period of working with the HR staff the VA continues to be a poor fit for the position, we will replace the VA. You will need to provide a seven-day notice period unless the VA has breached the contract.
