Virtual Assistant FAQs

What if a VA is hired for a short-term project and completes the work early?

A seven-day notice is required to terminate your subscription to the tawk.to Virtual Assistant (VA) service.

If the VA is hired for a short-term project and completes it before the expected end date, the standard seven-day notice remains in effect. The subscription will continue until the rollover period is complete. This allows us to advise the virtual assistant of the termination and find them another home.

For example, if a client hires a VA to work 30 hours per week and then decides they only want to continue the service for one month, they will need to provide us with a record of the hours completed before the subscription rolls over.

The client will then need to cancel the subscription in the tawk.to dashboard.
