A seven-day notice period is required to terminate your subscription to the tawk.to Virtual Assistant service.
You may unsubscribe at any time. However, your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle. To determine the day your subscription rolls over, please check your account in your tawk.to dashboard.
For example, if your subscription rolls over on December 30, you are bound by that subscription to allow the virtual assistant to stay on and work until that date. We don’t cancel subscriptions mid-month, and we request a seven-day notice period prior to the subscription rollover so we can advise the Virtual Assistant and help find them another place to work.
