A VA may decide to quit for a variety of reasons including the following:
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Opportunities for work with other companies
- Opportunities to advance their careers
- Opportunities to go overseas and travel or work
Treat your VAs well, and they will be loyal and stick around for a very long time.
In the unlikely scenario that a VA requests to leave a work assignment, we will make it our highest priority to recruit another candidate at no cost to you, the client.
The VA is required to provide the client with a 14-day notice period. This allows our team to find a suitable replacement.
Once the 14-day notice period begins, we will prioritize the rehiring for this role. We understand that this sometimes causes challenges in having to allocate time for onboarding. If we’re able to find a VA in time, we can allow both VAs to work simultaneously for a period of time to help with onboarding. We’ll do everything that we can to support both the VA and your business for the easiest transition possible.
Please note: Whilst the VA needs to provide us with a 14-day notice period for resignation, you are required to provide only a seven-day notice if you wish to terminate an agreement.
Should a VA decides to leave we encourage you to discuss this matter with our HR team or your account manager at your earliest convenience.
Should a VA decide to quit, we suggest that the VA documents the onboarding process and training they received when they were first onboarded. This should allow you to onboard your replacement VA easier.
When a Virtual Assistant (VA) is replaced during your subscription period, we will provide you with a credit for the remaining unused days. This will be applied to the next VA hired.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for active subscriptions; instead, a credit will be applied to your account. These credits can be utilized within a 12-month period, after which they will expire.
