How do you measure the VA’s performance?

The primary tool we use to measure the VA’s performance is our End of Day report. This report is generated using a form tailored to your business and the VA’s role.

The report allows you to determine which key tasks and deliverables to measure. You will receive a summary of the tasks which were completed each day by your VA.
