Your Virtual Assistant will inevitably miss work hours at some point.
At the end of the day, we need to remind ourselves that the VAs are not robots. They’re humans. The VAs may get sick. Or they may have family emergencies just like any other living human beings.
We have a no work, no pay policy.
In the event that a VA misses scheduled hours, we will work with you and the VA to make sure that any missed hours are tracked and made up. This may be done after hours or on weekends, for example. It depends on what works best for you and your business.
In these situations, we ask you to be understanding and do your best to work with the VA to coordinate a time when their obligations can be fulfilled.
