Can I assign a company email to my VA?

We encourage you to assign a company email to your Virtual Assistant.

During onboarding, we will assign the VA a tawk.to email address for our intent. This is the email address used to communicate for matters regarding our contract and payments.

However, if you would like your VA to email and respond to your clients with your company signature rather than the tawk.to signature, we recommend setting your new team member up with an email address representing your business.
