As your business changes, you may need to change the working hours of your Virtual Assistant. To make any changes to your VA’s schedule, follow these steps:
1. Have a conversation with your VA. Let them know about the changes you want to make in advance.
2. Reach out to the HR team by email and advise us of the hours you would like the VA to work.
3. Then, together, we can coordinate the schedule change.
This option may be restricted if your VA is working with another client during the hours that you’re asking them to work. As an alternative, if the VA’s schedule does not allow the change, you have the option to request a new VA who is available at the updated hours.
