Your Virtual Assistant will be available to work in the time zone most convenient to your business.

Regardless of your location and time difference, the VAs will adapt to your schedule. We simply won’t fill the role with anyone who’s not willing to work during the hours you request. The VA may be well-suited to the role. However, if your time zone doesn’t suit them, they will not be chosen as a candidate to fill the position.

It might feel a bit strange to work with somebody who’s 12 hours behind you. However, it’s quite typical in Filipino culture to work what we call graveyard shifts and we also have team members in Australia who work late night shifts. Some of our Filipinos even prefer to work from 08:00 p.m. until 04:00 a.m., for example, because it allows them to spend more time during the day with their families.
